I wanted to do a little post on making money online and as the title says is it really that simple? Well if it was that simple… I think you know the rest of that statement.

I think the first problem is the amount of crap online these days telling you to make three mouse clicks and sit back and watch the cash roll in. It really is not that easy, you have to make an effort at what you are doing and be prepared to roll your sleeves up and do some work.

Decide and stick to it

One of the biggest problems you are going to face in your quest on “making money online”  is keeping to the path.  Don’t be tempted to jump ship and start looking at something else just because you have seen a sales letter that is the “next big thing”. Stick to what you are doing and stay focused and I promise you you will reach your goal much quicker.

I only say this as I am speaking from experience. I have wasted so much money on things I didn’t really need, bought things I have never got round to using and eventually reached a point that I got things under control and no longer suffered from the shiny object syndrome. It was it this point I became more organised with things, and gained some focus on where I was going.

So my advice to you is FOCUS

Top Tip:

Add six things per day to your to do list. Prioritise them in order of importance and don’t go to bed until they are done.

Sounds simple? It is!, and it’s one of the biggest problems if you are new to internet marketing. Too much stuff in your head and you don’t know how to get it done.

So follow the “top tip” and watch how things become easier. Then you can add a couple more tasks to your list

Lets start from the beginning, what exactly is fiverr?

Fiverr is a pretty straight forward site where you can post your product or service on to the site and others who require your product or service pay for it, and guess how much it costs? Yup, that’s right $5!

Now the question is can you make money from it?

Well its a yes and a no, as you are trading your time for money you certainly wont get rich doing jobs for 5 bucks. However if you use the site to introduce people to your products or services then it can become very lucrative.

First, have a look around and see what kind of things are selling on the site and if they are connected to the niche that you are in, once you have a good idea then create a fantastic report with high value content for the reader. Take your time here and make sure they will be satisfied with the info they have purchased.

Next you want to find an affiliate product that complements your report and add a few affiliate links through the report, try looking on clickbank for your product, and then ensure your report introduces the product as the reader is reading the report.

Now turn your report into a pdf and create a download page but make sure the download page is an opt-in page.

There is a risk that fiverr may stop you in your tracks with the opt-in page as they dont like this, but you can offer a bonus on opt-in instead.

This is a great way to add people to your sales funnel and to build your list at the same time with little or no effort once the initial work is done.

RE: What To Do If Your Company Won’t Let

Shannon Hanaway, that I think you may be

My Response:

Shannon,

Fantastic questions and by no means are
you dead in the water. You just have to
think a little bit differently about how
you introduce people to your
opportunity.

In all honesty, just sending people to
your companies website to learn about
your product line isn’t going to win you
many sales anyway, so it’s really more
of an non issue than you may think.

I’ve said it before and I’ll say it
again. People don’t join opportunities,
they join people.

Therefore nothing that you do on the
front end of your business even needs to
ever mention your company. Let me
explain . . .

Your best prospects will always be the
doers like you. The people striving for
success.

What do doers look for?

Information and guidance.

This is all your business on the front
end should provide. People will join you
because they “know” and you’ve proven
you can help them, not because your moon
juice is cooler than the next companies.

So on the front end, do what I do.

Create your own newsletter. Your own
lead capture page. Communicate daily.

If you get adventurous create a front
end product that solves on of your
prospects major concerns.

1. Getting more leads 2. Making more
money 3. Recruiting without rejection

Allow them to purchase it from you and
then . . .

Once all your marketing costs are paid
for by your profits, on the back-end
give you your customers a call.

Ask how you can be of further service,
naturally they’ll be inquisitive as to
what else you’re up to.

There, right there, is the time you
bring up your back end company.

You may say, but “Daegan I can’t create
a product.”

I have two answers for you.

Yes you can and you don’t even need a
product to recruit online. It just makes
it easier.

Even if you were just to create your own
list online. Share stories and marketing
strategies daily, and as a call to
action at the end of your message you
said something like:

“If you’d like some personal help give
me a call between 4pm and 8pm tonight at
XXX-XXXX I’ll be in the office to help”

You’ll have people ringing your phone
off the hook all day and night. Trust me
on that one.

See how we never even bring up our
company online following this
methodology? Well, that’s exactly why
you’re in no way shape or form dead in
the water.

Been thinking a bit about getting started in internet marketing and I decided to write a post about the problems I had when I started and I suppose the problems that most people have.

For me I found things exciting and new and I really couldn’t wait to get stuck in, but as time went by and people tell you “you should be doing this and should be doing that” and you start to listen to them you soon get dragged off the path to success.

I think this is a major problem for most people, even the experienced marketers. So choose you path and stick to it!

The most important thing is getting your website set-up, and  your autoresponder set-up. Once you have everything in place then its all about the traffic and leads. Don’t worry so much about things not being perfect as you can sort that out later. Just make sure you start driving traffic to the site. Don’t try to start ppc,article marketing, solo ads, classifieds, forums and everything else you can think of. Just start with one or two and master them. The key here is FOCUS and ACTION.

Ask yourself this question; What is it that I want?

Asking this question can completely change your direction as you will soon realise that what you are currently doing is not going to give you what you want. Focus on the important stuff that will change things, don’t get caught up with things like your website not being 100% perfect. That will drain your time and when you are just starting out you really need to be focusing on getting eye balls to view your site. and building momentum.

Morning all,

I just thought I would do a quick post on some of the easiest ways to get people on your list.

There may be a few of my links in this post but hey if i’m helping you with what works for me then clicking on one of my links seems like a fair trade.

I have been recently using the Russel Brunson viral program and have had some great results. Its free to use although there is an upsell but you dont need it to get the free traffic so don’t be tempted to purchase.  All you need is your aweber list name and a picture of yourself and you are ready to go. I was a bit sceptical with this when I started but I had 7 new people on the list within 30 mins and they just keep coming. I also use this site http://clicky.me/Kb9  and this is a great list building site to use. I paid the $200 for an annual membership which allows me to send a mail to 3000 random people on their list every 3 days. Just be original with your emails and you can get 15-20 leads per day coming from this.  I blasted out my Viral Secret link to it and got great results. Oh and make sure you make a  note in your calander to let you know when you can send your next mail (tuesday seems to be the best day for some reason).

Well I said this would be a short post so that is all for now. I am testing out another free traffic method right now well 2 of them and if  they are worth using I will stick them in another post. I will only add it to the site if it’s tried and tested, and that goes for all products on here.

A webinar can be a great way to promote your product or service. There are four major types of webinars, and each can be effective, depending on the goals for your webinar. Each webinar strategy is detailed below.
